● Sashimi [5 kinds of sashimi including live abalone from Shakotan]

Fresh seasonal fish sashimi and five kinds of fresh seafood sashimi, including live abalone from Shakotan, are served on a large platter.

●Stew [Pork ribs and root vegetables stew]

A gently seasoned stew with the delicious flavors of meat and vegetables.

*The stew can be changed to salted chicken hotpot (with udon noodles for the end) for an additional 300 yen per person, or beef sukiyaki hotpot (with egg and udon noodles for the end) or seafood hotpot (with udon noodles for the end) for an additional 500 yen.
